the staff provided attentive service throughout our stay. Positioned on the main shopping street, it was a short stroll to various attractions. However, the room was quite compact, which made moving around a bit tricky.

The restaurant view over the Beagle Channel was breathtaking, and the New Year’s Eve celebration was unforgettable. The gym, though nice in the photos, felt cramped. I'd definitely go back for the experience!

I expected special treatment, not just a mediocre stay. a 3:00 PM check-in is absurd, considering most places offer 2:00! overall, it woudl ve been great, but I just couldn’t overlook these issues.

Great location right on San Martin Street, close to shops and restaurants. The room had modern fixtures, a spacious balcony with an excellent view, and a large TV. The cleanliness stood out, and the staff was approachable and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and stunning views. However, the only electrical outlet was inconveniently located behind the TV, making it tricky to charge devices. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, which was a bit distracting at night. Additionally, check-in time at 3:00 pm felt a tad late for my liking.
